That is why the answer to the question about the best life quality is rational use of life force – resource of nervous system. As a rule diseases in a healthy body are dealt with faster and easier. The same problems in an unhealthy body (which wastes life forces of nervous system to fight against gravitation, excessive strain in muscles and joints) have to be solved by doctors for long time and spending much money.
