Terms of participation in the exhibition:
 Conditions for participation in shows
The Participants of the exhibition can order:
- EQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION HALL. The price amounts to 220 ˆ per 1 sq. m.
The standard exhibition area price includes expenses on exhibition area equipped with a one-side-open stand, signboard with the name of the company, a table, two chairs, a lighting appliance, a European wall socket, a waste-paper box, carpet covering as well as security, when exhibition is closed, cleaning of the passages, information insertion into exhibition catalogue;
Registration fee 250 ˆ * for every company-exhibitor;
- UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION HALL. The price amounts to 190 ˆ per 1 sq.m.
The price includes the following clauses: expenses on exhibition area, security when exhibition is closed, cleaning of the passages, and information insertion into exhibition catalogue.
Registration fee 250 ˆ for every company-exhibitor;
- CORRESPONDENCE PARTICIPATION. The correspondence participation price amounts to 400 ˆ .
The Participant gets the right to insert information into the official exhibition catalogue.
Every participant of the exhibition can be provided with additional equipment and service for an extra charge according to the price-list. At the Participant’s request, a custom-made stand design is provided. Extra charge for:
- 2-side-open stand is 20% of the exhibition area cost; (minimum area - 15 sq.m)
- 3-side-open stand is 25% of the exhibition area cost (minimum area - 28 sq.m);
- 4-side-open stand is 30% of the exhibition area cost (minimum area - 48 sq.m).

ORDER OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION
To be included into the list of Participants, it is necessary to fill in an application and send it to the address of the Organiser before 20.01.2012. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the application in the following cases:
- if application is not presented in due time;
- if the participation payment is not effected in due time;
- if goods don’t match the theme of the exhibition;
- if design-project of the stand is not stipulated in due time.
The location of the exhibition stand will be determined after reception of application and stipulation of the stand design-project. When submitting an application for unequipped exhibition area the Participant should stipulate a design-project and stand’s construction time before 19.01.2012.
ORDER OF PAYMENT
Participation payment is effected to the currency account of Kyiv International Contract Fair, Ltd., P.O. box «Â-13», 01001 Kyiv, Ukraine; Currency account ¹ 26004305037 in Kyiv and regional branch of the State Savings (Oschadny) Bank of Ukraine. The payment should be effected before 20.01.2012. If the Participant violates the payment deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to increase the payment amount at the rate of 1 per cent for an every day of delay and may change the place of the stand at the exhibition. In a case of Participant’s written refusal to take part in the exhibition presented in writing:
- before 1.01.2012 - the Organiser shall give back 80 per cent of the total amount of the remitted payment;
- before 20.01.2012 - the remitted payment shall be returned at the rate of 50 per cent;
- after 20.01.2012- the remitted money shall not be returned and no claim to the Organiser shall be accepted.After 20.01.2012 the application should be submitted together with a payment document copy.
ORDER OF INFORMATION SUBMISSION INTO THE OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
For publishing the official catalogue the Participants presents the information as follows:
- full name of the company;
- mailing address, contact phone, fax, telex, E-mail;
- brief summary about the main activities directions and goods manufactured (represented at the exhibition) both in English and in Ukrainian. It should not exceed 70 words in each language (punctuation marks and conjunctions are not taken into account). The deadline for information presentation is 20.01.2012. Additional information may be inserted, though charged according to the price-list. When submitting information after the deadline, the Participant will be disentitled to insert it into the official catalogue of the exhibition and no claim to the Organiser shall be accepted.
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
- The Participant is obliged to occupy exhibition area before 10p.m. on 14.02.2012 and free it before 10 p.m. on 18.02.2012. When violating the above terms the Participant pays the penalty at the rate of 30 per cent of the leasing payment for an every day of violation. At the entrance the Participant accepts, and at departure hands over the exhibition stand in a serviceable condition.
In case of damage or loss of the exhibition equipment, the Participant reimburses it to the Organiser at the rate of the total cost, within a week’s period.
The Participant is obliged to stipulate with the Organiser the following:
- execution of artistic and decoration work out of the exhibition stand space;
- right, time, contents, place of show-program performance;
- period of time for organising seminars, conferences;
- possibility of selling information and advertising materials at the stand.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for safety, damage or theft of the Participant’s property during exhibition working hours.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change the conditions for participation in the exhibition before signing the application by the Participant.
- The Participant is obliged to observe safety regulations, fire safety measures and exhibition work schedule.
- Customs service is paid by the Participant under the tariff stated in the customs legislation of Ukraine.
