KYIV FASHION EDUCATE is held within the frames of the
21st edition of KYIV FASHION festival
from the 13th to the 16th of September 2011 in KyivExpoPlaza exhibition center.

KYIV FASHION EDUCATE is a joint project of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD), Kyiv International Contract Fair, Ltd. and Expokon, ChP.

KYIV FASHION EDUCATE is a thematic section of KYIV FASHION festival aiming at development of educational, scientific and consultation segment of the market of textile and fashion industry.

KYIV FASHION EDUCATE offers the participants and visitors of the festival the following opportunities:

• Acquaintance with information about educational establishments training specialists for the enterprises of textile and fashion industry;
• Raise of the level of awareness about modern tendencies of fashion development through competent consultations at exhibition stands and expositions during seminars and specialized events;
• Acquisition of practical skills on full cycle of clothes production: from the draft or trademark style development to sewing a ready model with a possibility of its further demonstration on the podium during the festival.

KYIV FASHION EDUCATE includes exposition, business and presentation parts. The exposition consists of the stands of specialized educational establishments. Business program includes seminars, masterclasses, consultations, etc., as well as projecting and production of clothes models. Presentation section includes showing the clothes models produced at the exhibition, together with advertising campaigns of exhibition participants, etc.

KYIV FASHION EDUCATE informs, educates, provides consultations and trainings to the participants of national market of textile and fashion industry, which facilitates cooperation of education, science and production, acceleration of industry innovations implementation, raise of competitiveness of Ukrainian products and services.
